It is from the time immemorial or since the establishment of the Royal Institute of Management that RCSC has been sending 36 graduates each to get trained in Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and Financail Management. This slot was a very good number when there was graduates appearing for this exam lesser than the slot given. During those days hardly any graduate were left out from being not selected. Even if it did, it was of their choice or couldnot make upto the base line. But over the years, the number of graduates kept on increasing and the slot remained as a fixed constant value. At this the time the number of graduates has increased by more than ten folds but the number of slots has never tried to show an increment in it.
Now I think its the right time and decision if RCSC could enthusiastically give a look with sympathy on this slot.
